Pension Backed Loan incorrectly processed

I need my Pension Backed Loan updated as such on the app. It is currently reflected as a personal loan. Multiple incidents have been logged with no assistance. I have been promised hundred times that my issue will be resolved with no luck almost 6 months later. I now cannot submit my tax returns as the loan appears as personal instead of pension back.

Can I please be sent a tax certificate for this tax year and the issue be resolved asap.
