This is a small town Aliwal North, so it seems the type of service you will expect from the larger city's is different to those of the small towns.

1. The ATM machines x 2 witch one is always OFF line, broken or something This is the machine that i need to use to to deposit to my account

The line is 400m long then i decide to do a direct deposit inside where i'm advice to do it at the machine ....WITCH IS OFF LINE Inform the staff about the problem "yes sir we know but it is cheaper to do it at the ATM machine"

Yes i know so back to the line witch is now 500m long and so i wait......45 minutes in the line Deposit ATM still off line

Now i want to see the branch manager.....out for a meeting,,lunch,, and and and

Absa around the corner has 5 ATM machines with the same functions and is always working....now what to do???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
