Pending... wish my loyalty was pending

Struggling to get service on the following matter:

I made an online payment to a merchant last week. Note the following: the payment was never confirmed as the merchant declined the transaction as she did not have the stock that I wanted to make payment on. So the amount is still as "pending" on my account. So I called the bank today and they sent me a dispute form. Right!!!! There has to be a payment actually processed in order for it to be disputed!!! So FNB could you kindly just release my funds back into my account as its been a week already.

So I sent the required document and guess the reply??? We will get back to you within 24-48hrs... no surprise there. Some advise FNB... you can't solve a problem by constantly delaying it by days. I give up on this as I am obviously wasting my time and my energy while you guys rest for 24-48hrs at a time. SOLVE THIS NOW.

So again I still have gotten no feedback on this matter. So i decided to phone the department where my query was logged after sending another email and receiving a another reply saying 24-48hrs, i mean really??? So the woman I spoke to looked into my query and stated there was a case number and that it was then logged as resolved. HOW CAN IT BE LOGGED AS RESOLVED IF THE MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED???? So I requested that the woman ask the person that closed this matter to contact me and again she told me give 24-48hrs for a reply. Could I please have a manager or CEO 's contact details as incompetance does not even cover it!!! :( . If you dont care about your customers why should I not close my account with FNB.

This matter has still not been resolved!!!! And today I am told to fill out another form and it will take 5 to 7 working days to resolve!!! Its ridiculous and upsetting. Do you even train your employees? How can you sent me in circles for 2 weeks? And why have Hello Peter if you cant even respond???
