Pending transactions on FNB Global Account Card

I have an FNB Global Account Card denominated in USD. I was travelling in the USA over the past few months and this FNB Global Account Card was my primary bank card during this period. At certain places (like hotels for example) a deposit is charged to my card as per their policy (these deposits are Pending transactions). Upon checkout of the hotel/return of the item, these companies release the deposit back onto my card. It's been weeks since these deposits have been released by the relative companies mentioned above. However, FNB has still not debited my account with these released deposits (they are still Pending transactions) - this means I cannot use the money. I contacted FNB Forex via email on April 28, 2019. They responded back on April 29, 2019 asking for MT103 authenticated swift message which I do not have. As a bank I would expect them to have this information! I responded back stating this on April 29, 2019 as well as providing a screenshot of all the deposits I expect to be released. They have not responded as yet (Friday 3 May, 2019 16h46).

Can I just have my money deposited back into my account? Thank you!
