Pending transactions
Good Day
I am typing this with allot frustration and irritation. I have been moved from pillar to post to get assistance by FNB . I called yesterday regarding a dispute I was instructed to do so on app. However I need these pending payments to reversed by into my account asap. All the call center representatives are unable to help me , I have been moved to 6 departments!!!!! I need these pending transactions reversed urgently back into my account!!!

11 Nov 2021, 17:15I went to the branch today to get this sorted out , however the branch cannot help me either even with proof that both my transactions were voided by the merchant. I don’t understand why I need to wait so long for my money to be returned back to my account - I find this ridiculous !!! I am really considering moving banks as I always have to fight with FNB to return pending funds . I have received two emails with two number asking for proof that the transactions were voided, why does your app not ask for this in the first place.
