Pending transaction (Poor service)

I did an online purchase five days back which debited the amount out of my account. On my banking app it reflects pending transactions and the online store has not received any payment. Where is my money stuck? I need my money back or Fnb should pay the merchant! When I check my online order status it’s written reviewing as they have received no money from Fnb.
