Pending transaction not getting resolved

FNB I am at the point of tears, since the 5th of October I have been struggling to get my R3000 back from a pending transaction at an ATM that did not give the money, it's on the joint account with my husband. I have all the paperwork and proof that it was deducted and not reversed. Today I see it is reversed but the pending transaction is still in place and still listed as ABSA PNPQ, 2 of them for the same transaction I see on my history. I wonder how you would feel if you can't get R3000 that was taken from you?

I tried using Facebook and I followed RBs advice and did everything on the app that he asked.

Still that pending transaction is still there.

I just can't if you want to take the money just say so but this is disgusting how it's been day's and the system is not working automatically like it should.
