Pending transaction

I did a payment on my betway app the transection failed but funds is sitting on pending in my account. I called FNB and I was sent from one department to another for about 40 minutes but still never got assistance. Now In this pandemic I have to find a printing company fill in a form and wait for 7 days while the funds are sitting on pending which clearly shows that the merchant didn’t receive the funds. I lost out on an opportunity to make money due to FNB incompetence.
