Pending refund

Dear FNB, I have been following up on my refund for funds held by AVIS during my car rental with no support from your credit card team. I called AVIS and they confirmed that the have released the hold but still i have not been credited for that. I was only partially credited. can you please attend to this on priority? The transactions are dated 23 Sep 2024. Its tiring to keep following up on something that you should be doing automatically.
