PENDING PAYMENT!!

Ordered from Checkers sixty app, there money got deducted from my account and I have another transaction under pending since Sunday for R 414.99 also from Checkers. Checkers says I need to sort it out with my bank, Bank says I must fill in a form. I just filled it in and got an email that I must wait 5 working days for a response.. I’m sorry but I am not a bank, you are. That’s my money that I need. It would have then been 10 working days. Am I going to get interest? I want that money reflecting in my account by close of business TODAY!
