Pending Money

I really don't understand why doesn't FNB take responsibility for this matter of reversing money I want them to reverse because at the end of the day it is my money and if I choose to reverse money that is due to me, I should be able to get my money back. Right now I do not care how FNB feels about Standard Bank Funeral Insurance all I want is for the remaining amount to be reversed back into my account.
