Pending Debit Order application
We are waiting since 22 May 2015 for outcome on a application to implement debit orders on our business account as an income for our Non Profit Organisation. Documents were submitted, credit checks were done etc. As a FNB Private Wealth Client I suggest that we open the account at FNB. I feel ashamed that I have ever done this. Week after week I must face the directors and think of another excuse. I must always phone for a progress report. Almost 2 months now and we still do not know what is holding up the application. This is not the FNB that I know.
