Penalty fees

I am really starting to get ****ed off with FNB every single day I get a message saying my account is overdrawn my account is overdrawn I don't even know what the money is for 1st it was R450 and today is R98 and the money I had in my account was taken by fnb saying it for penalty fees which penalty fees because this month all my debit orders went through except the was one for the 1st which I forgot about but as soon as I got the message from fnb I transferred the money immediately and they telling that I went to do shopping in Woolworth and Spar and I am been charged for penalties last time I checked if there's no money in the account my card was going to decline the purchase wasn't gonna go through. Dear FNB as much as you desperate for my money even my self I don't have that money can the bank please reverse my money as this has nothing to do with penalties, I don't have penalties! My kids and I need that, I am affected by the pandemic every cent matters in my life.
