Penalty fee charged for loan deduction that went through

Really FNB? The loan was deducted on the 25th and you sending me a a sms stating that you have already charged me penalty fees because my loan was unpaid on the 25th? My salary gets paid in my account on the 25th which I have indicated so when I switched back to you however on my transaction history you attempted to deduct the loan amount 3 days in advance (22/06/18). WTH is that for when I explicitly informed the consultant that my salary gets paid in on the 25th of each month. This seems like a loophole you guys are exploiting when there is no funds to collect, you charge extra fees. This is unacceptable. You've done this before which is one of the reasons why I left FNB. Seems
