Penalty fee
II cannot how a bank can take your hard earned money when a debit order does not go through. There is other banks that gives you grace to fix the problem. We are banking with you for many years and we are treated like naughty children. I have once off debut order for a will which I did not anticipated going through this month. So no money was left in my account. Now I have to pay R120 for a penalty and the debit order. Your bank charger is already so high. No no no it’s not acceptable in this day and age. How can you treat you loyal customers like this.
