Penalties for doing nothing

FNB deducted over R1000 of my hard earned money for unpaid items on my account. Whilst the D/O's did not go off on due date, they were immediately settled as soon as monies became available again, less than 3 days. FNB makes enough money off of us with service charges/monthly fees/"valued add services". Querying it makes it even more difficult because you are always referred to the pricing guide, might as well be speaking to a robot because not one consultant can speak outside of the box/script.

I would appreciate it if someone can look into this as I am not prepared to give FNB my hard earned money for doing nothing. FNB has already charged me a service fee, one cannot be penalized further.
