penalties

i am so angry at fnb bank southgate -6 months ago i invested a amount of r10000.00 rand for five years the consultant did not advice me about the 32 day option,i invested at the same time in sanlam banking and there interest was more than fnb so that made me change my mind about my investment with fnb,my interest for - 6 months at fnb was far less than sanlam interest this is my money and i can do with it that i want to do,on closing my account with fnb southgate my interset for the 6 months was a mere r500.00 rand and then fnb southgate penalised me r2500.00 for my own money from my r10000..00 investment ,this r2500.00 fnb took from me is my hardearned money i worked for,so i feel fnb did nothing to deserve that money because they never worked for it.it shows on the inetrest of r500.00 that they did absolutely nothing because other instituition give you more interest on your investment.i am questioning the amount r2500.00 for penalties they must inform me how they got to that amount.the interest of 500.00 compared to the penalties where is the comparison,my landline number is *** and my cellphone number is ***.
