Penalised for following law
I am hugely ****ed off that I've been penalised 1000 ebucks for having to visit a bank to get a signed bank statement required for FICA.<br> <br> In general I don't visit the bank for anything as I do most things online. When I phoned EBucks to ask why I'd been dropped to a level one, several reasons listed were fair, but the one that is hugely unfair was that I lost out on 1000 ebucks for visiting a branch.<br> <br> When i asked the call centre lady, she said \Oh but don't you get your statement online?"Yes"
