Pearl Morokane and FNB playing games with people's livelihoods.

Pearl Morokane is being protected by everyone around her for her incompetence. Every person who is supposed to put us through to her senior just hangs up. It's horrible and I pity those whose accounts are blocked and at her mercy to resolve. They asked for proof to indicate that accounts are absilved of the alleged ***** and were sent. Complainant went and indicated the matter was resolved and further complained about how she was Ga doing the matter. She made the complainant write a letter stating that she's aware FNB will not be liable, the complainant obliged and to date, nothing has been resolved. It's applalung and despicable how FNB is really messing with people like this and has no regard for the mess.
