PBO/NPO struggling to register for FNB's PayPal service :(

As the treasurer of an NPO I've been trying to register with FNB's PayPal service to retrieve donations that are lying in our PayPal account. I can't get past the "Company Registration" section because we don't have a company registration number. We have verified NPO and PBO numbers. I emailed their *** address as instructed on their website, received an automated acknowledgement of my email which assured me they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends. Fair enough ... but, that didn't happen. I re-sent my email with the same results. No response. I phoned their "Help" line - what a frustrating experience. They take forever to answer and then gave me useless information. This has been going on since the beginning of December and in the meantime much needed donations are just out of reach in PayPal because of FNB's substandard service. So frustrating and disappointing. Where to from here?
