Payshap transfer failed

Good day, 14/08/25 I made a transfer to a Tyme bank account using payshap from my fnb account, the transaction failed but money went out of my account. I called fnb, they said they will fix the problem but till today the transaction hasn't gone through, or return my money back to my account. I used payshap so that the payment will be immediately but I am waiting till today. I am very disappointed
