Payshap payment not received its 4 days now. Very poor service , I want my money back ASAP!

Payshap payment not received its 4 days now. Very poor service , I want my money back ASAP! I did a payshap transaction from my Fnb account to my Capitec which is usually instant but up until today it hasn't reflected on my capitec , it shows a cross transaction under payshap history which means it was unsuccessful so then why is it not bouncing or returning back to my account? I went to the branch on Thursday they couldn't assist any better than only giving me a phone to contact digital , the fnb consultant i spoke to on the phone said it usually takes 1 hour to bounce back or latest 24 hours but its been 72 hours now still nothing on my account. This is absolutely unprofessional coming from a big bank such as fnb Iam truly disappointed! Please return my money now as i have bills intended to pay! Contact me now *** ***
