Payshap Payment Missing

Today is the 2nd of January, the Payshap payment made on the 29th of December has not cleared into the recipient account

I received feedback that payment cleared into a Standard Bank account however when I responded to dispute this b/c the Payshap ID is linked to Nedbank (why did it clear into the wrong bank?) I even asked for details of this Standard Bank account so I can go dispute with Standard Bank

I have received no feedback.

I sent a follow yesterday & still no feedback.

This is infuriating.
I sent you a screenshot of from the Nedbank account showing the details of the Payshap ID.
How then is it linked to Standard Bank account?
This is infuriating b/c you even selective in what you want to respond too.
1. I am disputing the bank it cleared into, I sent proof of the bank the payshap ID is linked too2. I asked for details of this standard account so I can take it up with standard directly.
Instead you copied and pasted the previous response.
I want to know the details , how can a Payshap ID linked to Nedbank clear into a Standard Bank account that you can’t even confirm the details of the account.
The same payshap ID was used from-my ABSA account and it clears successfully into the correct bank , why did the same not happen with FNB?
