Payshap issues

On Tuesday 25 Aug I made a significant payment to ons of my beneficiaries with instant pay, money went off however when I try to send proof of my payment ot indicated that no payment made. Tsepiso (your secure chat agent) indicated that no inward or outword payments were made as Payshap was temporary disable Tsepiso then further indicated that they are waiting confirmation as to when the money will be reversed back into my account. I have the screenshots for the conversation. Hence I made a normal payment to the beneficiary in order to have the POP.I cept on follow up with the bank. I the phoned the beneficiary to find out what payments they received, only to find out they received two. The Payshap payment also went through and not as indicated by Tsepiso.

Now I am left with a debit order that wont be paid because of FNB, and they will charge me of ot bounces. I am very unhappy with the level of service. I have been with FNB for many years, had my a majority of my family go over to this ************* bank. I cannot keep my money is a bank that I cannot trust.

I have no money left for the rest of the month and FNB does not care, they made a mistake so what.

FNB made the mistake and I was changed R550 penalty due to not have funds and my debit order not going off.

I have to pay FNB penalty for their mistake! WORST BANK ever.

I am moving to a different bank today after more than 15 years with FNB. Not that they will mind, I am just a small fish nothing to worry about.
