Payshap failed transaction

Thought I would give FNB a chace but nope, it's doing worse now. I made a payshap transaction of R400 yesterday at 3h03 am my capitec, but it said transaction failed yet the money was taken out of my account. I was told to wait 24hours, that has passed, I'm now told 48 hours and then logged a missing payment ticket which will take 5 to 10 working days.

FNB has taken so much of my money and does nothing about. I have so many unsolved cases and I fear this will be another 1. Their agents are of no help nje, useless. I'm done
