Payshap ****

I sent money with payshap from FNB to Nedbank at 22:03 it’s now 08:15 the money is still not in my Nedbank account I am so angry coz now the money is out of my FNB account and no where in my Nedbank account, I was buying a flight ticket which I doubt I’ll find it at that price and someone is going to say “nye nyaponyo***e for the inconvenience nyi nyi nyi” who do I hold accountable? Who takes accountability for this ****
