PayShap ****

I am so not happy with FNB right now and ready to cancel every product I have with them.

I have been taken from pillar to post for the past 2days by their bankers who do not know how to solve a Payshap failed transaction query. I made a payment of R1800, funds went off my account even though the transaction failed, my money was never reversed back. And no one seems to know how to assist to get my money back😡
