Payroll ****py service

Jus unbelievable payroll service. Nobody at FNB can help on a Saturday. Did a payroll on the 23rd of July 2021 to run for the 23 of July. It’s the 24th and my staff have not been paid. Tried to call since Friday and no one can assist. Payroll is not open on a Saturdays so it not their problem. Is this service or jus plain @rap. I mean. Surely someone can help. They all work from home right. And surely if the system says paid them it must be paid. You payroll says “paid” but nothings come off the business account. It this kind of @rap that I cannot understand from the digital age we live in. What the hell kind of self service portal is this when you have issues like this. Utter ******* really. So ****ed off right now. Can someone in this damn bank assist me.
