Paypal Withdrawals Take Too Long

I feel that my faith in FNB has gone unrewarded. Due to lockdown, the bulk of my income comes from overseas clients and is paid via Paypal. I then withdrew my funds from Paypal to an FNB account. I am having 2 issues.

1. I haven't been able to link one of my FNB accounts to a Paypal account and have received no help for this in over a year. Despite reaching out to FNB on multiple occasions.

2. More importantly, my Paypal withdrawals in the other account take forever to clear. They are meant to clear in 3 - 5 working days. But FNB has now decided to revert to 5 - 8 working days instead. The bank was not transparent about this and tried to slip this change "under the radar."

5 - 8 working days is impossible and will impact on the budget of people like me. Most folks are already struggling because of lock-down and trying desperately to adapt by working online. Not being able to access Paypal funds in a timely manner...well, basically FNB is letting us drown. Let me also point out that in other countries, it only takes 1 day for a Paypal withdrawal to clear into a bank account.

I am deeply unhappy with FNB and will NEVER recommend the bank or their services to others.
