Paypal withdrawals not paid

I regretted when I realised I needed to do Paypal withdrawals through FNB. Now I am just livid. I have two Paypal withdrawals in Pending status since 21/02.

I sent an email on 27/02 to the Paypal department and no response to that either even though a turnaround time was indicated on the response email.

I then contacted the Paypal department 48 hours ago via phone and the transactions are still Pending.

If your employees are paid 24 hours late they will burn down your bank. What should I do?
