PayPal withdrawal pending for days

I made a transaction, withdrawal from my PayPal account last week. I usually withdraw to my fnb account but this time it showed my Nedbank account details. I made the withdrawal to this account and now the payment is pending since Thursday, last week. I have sent two emails to the fnbpaypalenquiries but I have had no response. Absolutely ridiculous
