PayPal Withdrawal Issue: Hard Hold on Account

FNB and PayPal: I have a linked PayPal account with FNB and tried to withdraw the money from my PayPal account to FNB, and get an error message that there is a hard hold on my account. I've phoned FNB's PayPal services division and realized there is probably no-one on the other side to receive my call. FNB, this seems to be a very popular issue with PayPal users, maybe you should fix the technical issue on your side and post a resolution online as I can't see your users' experiences getting better....
