Paypal withdrawal error

I tried to make a withdrawal from paypal to my account and each time I got the same error which clearly shows there is an issue with the system. I tried getting assistance from secure chat who transfered me to forex and from forex I was sent to paypal. Paypal say this is an FNB issue. An email was sent to FNB paypal who are now sending me to internet banking. Can we less unprofessional? Why I'm I being sent from pillar to post to resolve an issue which is clearly FNB fault? The least you can do is apply your mind to the matter and stop kicking the can down the road. When I opened up the account it was from FNB not forex not paypal so do the right thing and get the service working
