Paypal withdrawal difficulties with FNB

I am a Director of Hopelands Village NPC and we use Enterprise Baking with FNB. After spending hours on the phone with Enterprise Banking and PayPal services we are still unable to withdraw our funds from Paypal into our Business account. They just cannot fix it for us.
