Paypal withdrawal didn't reflect in my account

My Paypal has proof that the withdrawal was successful. This issue clearly lies with FNB. Please resolve this ASAP. This is unacceptable.

When I tried to talk to someone via FNB secure chat, I was passed onto an *********** chatbot. If this is not resolved immediately, I will go to the press.
