PayPal Withdrawal

I just want to share my experience. I have withdrawn from my PayPal account through FNB countless of times and there have been no problems. I have a pending withdrawal since the 21st February 2023 and its March the 2nd and have not received any form of communication till I contact FNB. I am frustrated and am even scared to send more withdrawals since I earn weekly. My frustration is aggravated by the fact that FNB is the only bank used as a middle man for PayPal withdrawals. Why is that the case? And when I phoned I was told that they have escalated the matter and there's no turn around time. I tried calling back to get feedback on the turnaround time, at least, but I get put on hold until my airtime runs out. Please advise me, how am going to buy airtime to call you for feedback if my money is stuck somewhere between FNB and PayPal? I have sent emails which were not responded to.

While reading this review, would you be glad if the same was happening to you? Money is a serious issue and the fact that there is no communication sent to put customers at ease makes matters worse.
