Paypal withdraw service

Clearly FNB's slogan is misleading!! It should be "HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU", I have been trying to get help on this since the 9th of December 2021, I did a review 28 January after having no replies, got a reply on the review stating its been assigned to a resolutions consultant but nothing, its been almost a month again and geuss what STILL NOTHING my reference I got was: *** i even rep**** on the email i was sent stating its been assigned to a resolutions consultant again geuss what yes STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
