Paypal Withdraw error: Invalid TOKEN!

I've been trying to withdraw from my payal for the last two days. Yesterday I couldn't access it, today it barely lets me confirm. I sent an email and even tried phoning but they never call back unless you have an outstanding fee issue. Please fix this issue or atleast explain why its not working. Can't keep coming to complain here just to get something done. Don't accept paypal if you can manage it!
