Paypal Transaction Successful but no Record of it

I withdrew money from Paypal on 7 June and the transaction was shown as successful. A week later, after waiting a long time for my money to be in my account, I checked on my FNB profile and Paypal and I saw that the transaction was never processed and the money was not transfered to my account. It was as if it never happened even though it was shown to be successful! *** FNB!!!!!!!?????????!!! Now I have to do the whole process again and wait for another week to get my money!!!!! F***** H** you guys are full of it hey!
