PayPal suddenly not working

I have been using FNB's PayPal service for around 3 or so years now. No problem. Suddenly I'm asked to grant permission to my PayPal account, etc. And then I get smacked with an error 90909. Try logging in again. No data returned from request. I urgently need to put this PayPal transaction through.
