Paypal squander... Its my money!

I want to link my fnb to paypal. the department never answers the phones. I held on for like 37min listening to this stupid ivr telling me steps that dont work. You cant be the only bank that allows this but we cant use the services. Really pathetic. Also considering the withdrawal will take a few more days. ****it
