Paypal services useless.

You hold a monopoly on Paypal withdrawals in SA, yet you are USELESS. EVERY time I try to withdraw on the weekend, you system is unresponsive, then 'Error e8199. This goes on for 8+ hour stretches. Which would be kinda OK if you weren't taking longer than ever to clear funds IN A PANDEMIC where the economy is wrecked. I need this money to EAT. And you are CONSTANTLY impeding it. Everywhere else in the world can deal direct with Paypal and have their funds in hours. You sit with this monopoly to provide less and less service and more and more excuses.
