I see your Paypal services are disintegrating at every possible moment. You've been taking 3 weeks average TAT on emails for a while now. Now you don't even answer your phones as you hold people's money hostage for days on end with no indication why? 20 minutes on hold to have a phone slammed down in my ear. Your service was pathetic and has gotten worse. When are you going to to actually provide a service?
