Paypal services are poor

Im very disappointed in fnb forex dep i have been struggling the last week to link my paypal account to my fnb acc now they tell me i have to deposit R50 into my acc but i just paid R8200 into my fnb cheque acc and they cant see that on the system. How cant they see that amount made into my acc?
