Paypal services and the App

I have been using FNB online account for a year now and a few months ago I had been experiencing some technical problems when accessing PayPal services. Every time I want to use the services, the page is laging and I couldn't move forward with this. I tried calling the bank and they redirected me to the PayPal department and they told me to email them with the screengrab of this problem. I haven't got any feedback from them. Recently, I tried to open the Paypal page and now it says "service is not available". This is an upsetting experience and I really wish that this issue would be resolved as soon as possible.
