Paypal service NOT working. Please fix!

I have been regularly using the Paypal service through FNB (which is the only bank to offer this lovely service) and yesterday I receive an error code of (E - 104129) Hard hold on Account. After numerous attempts to call the bank I have yet to speak to someone as well as sending many messages and emails to the bank. Very disappointed! Please sort out this issue as it looks like I am not the only one having this problem
