PayPal Payment Problems

I have received weekly payments from PayPal from my overseas employer for three years now. Even though I am told it may take 2 days to 2 weeks, I receive my money in two days. Now, all of a sudden, it's day three and I don't have my money. Why? That is my salary that you are holding onto! There is no reason for you to hold my money for so long. Give me my money! I have also written to you three times about the error messages I receive sometimes when withdrawing from PayPal from FNB. The error messages 1. Do not tell you what the problem is and 2. Do not give you an idea of how long the problem will continue. This is not how you treat your customers. Get your IT department to sort out your website. And pay me my money!
