Paypal not working again.

I have been able to draw paypal before after waiting days for it to be sorted out and now my paypal is blocked again. Why must it constantly be such a hassle with you guys. What reason is it this time if my paypal was working before? Please fix it you have all the documents I sent you and it was working.
