PayPal. Need help. No support
<p>I've opened a pay pal account and I have been trying to link it to my bank account in SA. The support center gave me the steps, but there is a problem on one of the pages. I emailed them for support a couple of times but still with no avail. Hoping that someone can help me with this, I have money sitting In US dollars that o can't access. Please can you help me to link my account.</p>
