PayPal issues

I am struggling to withdraw funds from my PayPal account. Apparently the system says that I should update my work permit of which I'm using a Zep permit which was extended to 31/12/2022. When I called the PayPal/FNB call centre they said that they acknowledge the extension of the ZEP and the consultants should just update. They called the consultants and explained to them on the phone but they still won't. May you kindly assist on what I should do.
